What is business start-up coaching with AVGS – and what's in it for you?
A business start-up coaching programme guides you professionally on the way into self-employment: from your first business idea through the business plan and the financial plan to funding, business registration and your online presence. Instead of working alone through forms, authorities and half-knowledge from the internet, you have an experienced coach at your side who takes every step with you – in personal 1-to-1 coaching.
What makes it special: with an AVGS (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein) from the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter, the complete coaching is for you 100% free of charge – with no personal contribution. The voucher is a discretionary benefit; in the free initial consultation we show you how to apply for it and what matters most.
As an AZAV-certified and DEKRA-audited education provider we run your coaching in person in Marsberg and Warburg – or online throughout Germany by video call. AVGS – your coaching voucher
The Activation and Placement Voucher covers the cost of your coaching in full. No personal contribution for you.
Start-up grant (Gründungszuschuss, § 93 SGB III)
Phase 1: 6 months of ALG I plus €300 per month. On application, a further 9 months at €300. We prepare your application.
Entry allowance (Einstiegsgeld, § 16b SGB II)
For Bürgergeld recipients: a monthly allowance when starting a self-employed activity. We clarify the options together.
KfW start-up loan
Low-interest loan of up to €125,000. We explain the requirements and help with the preparation.
NRW.BANK & regional funding
Especially for founders in NRW: state programmes, micro-loans and guarantees. As a regional provider we know all the local options.
