Your voucher for free coaching
The Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS) is a discretionary benefit of the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter. It covers the full cost of your coaching – you pay nothing.
- 1You visit the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter and apply for the AVGS – we prepare you perfectly in our free initial consultation.
- 2The authority decides at its discretion and issues the voucher to you personally.
- 3You hand us the voucher and we start your coaching straight away.
Who can receive an AVGS?
As the AVGS is a discretionary benefit, your case worker decides individually. In our experience these groups are often eligible:
- Unemployed people entitled to ALG I (Agentur für Arbeit)
- Bürgergeld recipients (Jobcenter)
- People at risk of unemployment
- People whose employment is ending
Entitlement is not guaranteed – but we prepare you perfectly for the conversation with your case worker, free and without obligation.
